I’ve experienced the incredible power of natural water births with midwives who supported me every step of the way. Those transformative moments gave me not only two beautiful children but also the inspiration to share my story and help other women feel supported, prepared, and empowered during their own birthing experiences.

Through my work as a childbirth educator and doula, I bring a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and experience to guide women and their families through one of life’s most profound journeys. My goal is to provide holistic, evidence-based support that honors each family’s unique values and needs.

With over a decade of experience as a Special Education Teacher, I have developed a deep understanding of how to support neurodivergent individuals with compassion, adaptability, and expertise. I bring this same knowledge and dedication to my work in birth support, ensuring that neurodivergent parents feel truly seen, heard, and empowered throughout their pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey. Whether it’s through natural childbirth classes, HypnoBirthing techniques, or one-on-one doula support, I create a sensory-conscious, judgment-free space where every parent can navigate their unique birth experience with confidence and clarity.
